What are the class sizes?

Class sizes are small.  The studio space can fit about 10 people comfortably.  Max class size is 12 people.

What do I need to bring to class?

You are welcome to bring any props you would like as well as any layers.  The studio has mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets available for use.

Should I be there early?

Yes, please arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to set up your mat and any other items you might be using.

Do you offer packages or specials? Do I have to register prior to class?

At this time, there are no packages available.  All classes are drop ins with no reservation required.

Do you take credit cards?

We are now accepting cash, checks and credit cards!

What are your classes like?

Each class follows the same outline - focus on breath, gentle warm up, easy flow with asana, relaxation.  Be prepared for gentle stretching and slow movement.  Students are encouraged to listen to their body and only go as far as they feel comfortable.  Modifications and variations are offered in several poses and props are available to assist as well. 



Are classes suitable for beginners?

YES! Classes offered are suitable for every BODY.  The ability to touch your toes is not a prerequisite for class.  After attending classes regularly, then will you find that your body's flexibility improves, along with balance and strength.
