My love for yoga began in college with a Hatha Yoga class. While practicing, I studied the benefits of yoga on anxiety and depression.
I have attended energy intensive workshops at Kripalu Institute of Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts led by Jonathan Foust and Richard Faulds.
I completed my 200 YTT in 2016 at Full Circle Yoga in Vienna, West Virginia.
I believe we all come to yoga to achieve something. My job is to provide you with whatever tools you may need to accomplish that purpose.
